Carefully pack your unused items in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our lab verifies the products.
